Privileged and honoured to be invited to take part in Bloody Mission’s Vertical 5km. 

I first met Cal and the team back in April after they finished the Tassie Trail and instantly became inspired by what these legends do. Earlier this year, my dad was sadly diagnosed with a rare type of blood cancer, so I’ll be doing this for the big fella!

I’m joining Bloody Mission’s Vertical 5km Challenge to push harder than ever — not for distance, but for impact. I’ll be climbing 5,000 vertical metres — for the Leukaemia Foundation. Why? Because right now, over 140,000 Aussie families are facing blood cancer, and 16 lives are lost each day. It’s a hidden crisis that demands action. I’m raising funds so families can access the emotional and practical support they urgently need — and to fuel research that brings us closer to a world where blood cancer no longer takes lives.
